Abstract:
A smart jumper cable, comprising a power source access end and two jumper cable clamps, wherein the power source access end is used for externally connecting to a start power source, and the two jumper cable clamps are used for connecting to a battery of a load. The smart jumper cable also comprises: a main controller, a clamp polarity detection module and a clamp connection module, wherein the main controller is connected to the clamp polarity detection module and the clamp connection module, and the clamp polarity detection module and the clamp connection module are further connected to the two jumper cable clamps; and when the two jumper cable clamps are connected to the battery, the clamp polarity detection module is used for detecting the polarities of electrodes of the battery that are respectively connected to the two jumper cable clamps, and the main controller is used for acquiring a detection result signal of the clamp polarity detection module and controlling, according to the detection result signal, the clamp connection module to correspondingly determine the polarities of the two jumper cable clamps according to the polarities of the electrodes of the battery, and is used for connecting paths between the power source access end and the two jumper cable clamps, so as to connect the battery.
