Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a smart bolt tensioner system comprising: a bolt tensioner for tightening a bolt coupled to an object; a pressure application unit for providing force for moving, in an axial direction, the bolt coupled to the bolt tensioner; an integrated control unit for controlling the operation of the bolt tensioner by adjusting the pressure application unit so as to tighten, at the required pressure application state, the bolt coupled to the object; and a server unit which is communicatively connected to the integrated control unit and provides pre-stored data information to the integrated control unit, wherein the integrated control unit is provided with information on the operation state of the bolt tensioner and controls the operation of the pressure application unit.
