Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a slide valve for conveying a dense particle flow. The slide valve comprises: a bonnet and a valve body, which are mechanically connected to each other, wherein the valve body is provided with an inlet flow channel and an outlet flow channel, a valve seat is detachably arranged at the position of the inlet flow channel, a valve core assembly moving in a direction perpendicular to the axis direction of the inlet flow channel is arranged between the inlet flow channel and the outlet flow channel, the valve core assembly is connected to a valve stem, and the valve stem is slidably connected to the bonnet; a first purging structure, which is in communication with the outside of the valve body and an inner wall of the valve seat, and is used for blowing out air from the inner wall of the valve seat to purge solid particles accumulated at the inlet flow channel; and a second purging structure, which is located between the valve stem and the bonnet, is in communication with the outside of the bonnet and the circumference of the valve stem, and is used for blowing out air towards the circumference of the valve stem to purge solid particles outside the valve stem. The present application solves a valve fault caused by material bridging in the valve seat and the faults of the valve stem, such as sluggishness and jams, caused by particle accumulation. In addition, the throat diameter of the valve body is variable, the flow characteristics of the valve can be adjusted, and a valve core matching assembly can be disassembled and replaced.
