Abstract:
[Problem] To make prevention of roll-over of a user and maintenance of the prone position possible and at the same time to reduce discomfort during sleep, and to improve sleep apnea syndrome. [Solution] The present invention comprises: a first length adjustable member 2 which is configured to have an adjustable dimension in the length direction; a posture maintaining member 3 which is connected to one side end portion of the first length adjustable member 2; and a base material 4 which is connected to the other side end portion of the first length adjustable member 2, wherein one side end portion of the posture maintaining member 3 is connected to said one side end portion of the first length adjustable member 2, a second length adjustable member 13 configured to have an adjustable dimension in the length direction is connected to the other side end portion of the posture maintaining member 3, and the base material 4 has a tapered shape which has an inclination such that the head side of a user M is higher in the vertical direction while the foot side is lower in height.
