Abstract:
The present invention relates to an unconstrained sleep improvement device and a sleep improvement method using same, and, particularly, to a sleep improvement device and a sleep improvement method using same, the device: sensing biometric information from a user on a bed or a mattress; identifying the sleep state of the user from the sensed biometric information; and generating and providing stimulation for inducing changes in bio-signals of the user according to the identified sleep state.
