Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of packaging machinery, and particularly relates to a single-piece and double-piece paper feeding and conveying device for a box nailing machine, the device comprising a rack, swing assemblies symmetrically provided at a left end and a right end of the rack, and first driving mechanisms provided at the left end and the right end of the rack and used for driving the swing assemblies to swing from an outer side to an inner side of the rack, wherein each swing assembly comprises a first conveying assembly and a second conveying assembly which are arranged in parallel in a paper feeding direction, and the first driving mechanism drives tail ends of the first conveying assembly and the second conveying assembly to swing towards the inner side of the rack, so that the first conveying assembly and the second conveying assembly in each of the two swing assemblies are in a splayed shape, and therefore double paperboards are synchronously converged to overlap one above the other due to HH-shaped walking along with an inclined angle in a splayed shape. The single-piece and double-piece paper feeding and conveying device of the present invention can be used for a single-piece and double-piece corrugated paper feeding dual-purpose mechanism, thereby having a wide application range, and greatly improving the production efficiency and reducing losses while reducing the labor production cost.
