Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of single crystal superalloys, and in particular to a Ni3Al-based single crystal superalloy, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The present invention provides a Ni3Al-based single crystal superalloy, wherein a main force-bearing crystal orientation of the Ni3Al-based single crystal superalloy is [111] orientation; the Ni3Al-based single crystal superalloy comprises the following elements in percentage by mass: 7-8.5% of Al, less than or equal to 5% of Re+W, 7.1-7.5% of Mo, 5.7-6.1% of Co, 4.8-5.3% of Ta, 1.1-1.5% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.05% of Zr, less than or equal to 0.01% of C, less than or equal to 0.005% of B, and less than or equal to 0.15% of Hf, with the balance being Ni. The Ni3Al-based single crystal superalloy has relatively high high-temperature creep properties.
