Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of single crystal superalloys, and in particular to a Ni3Al-based single crystal superalloy, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The present invention provides a Ni3Al-based single crystal superalloy, wherein a main force-bearing crystal orientation of the Ni3Al-based single crystal superalloy is [111] orientation; the Ni3Al-based single crystal superalloy comprises the following elements in percentage by mass: 7-8.5％ of Al, less than or equal to 5％ of Re+W, 7.1-7.5％ of Mo, 5.7-6.1％ of Co, 4.8-5.3％ of Ta, 1.1-1.5％ of Cr, less than or equal to 0.05％ of Zr, less than or equal to 0.01％ of C, less than or equal to 0.005％ of B, and less than or equal to 0.15％ of Hf, with the balance being Ni. The Ni3Al-based single crystal superalloy has relatively high high-temperature creep properties.
