Abstract:
A silk screen printing embossment cold-ironing method, comprising: step 1: sucking up sheets in an air suction manner by using a discharging separator, and conveying the sheets out one by one; step 2: conveying the sheets to a color seat by using an air suction belt, and imprinting UV printing ink on the sheets, a UV lamp being used for curing the UV printing ink during imprinting; step 3: coating at least part of the sheets with UV gloss paint by using a reticulate-pattern roller seat; step 4: conveying the sheets to a drying base for curing of the UV gloss paint; step 5: conveying the sheets to a circular screen silk printing base, and printing UV glue on an embossment cold-ironing component; step 6: semi-curing the UV glue of the sheets on the drying base by using the UV lamp; step 7: adhering electrochemical aluminum foil to the UV glue on the sheets by using a gold stamping base, and separating redundant electrochemical aluminum foil from the sheets after completely curing the UV glue by using the UV lamp; and step 8: completing embossment cold-ironing. By means of the technical solution, the adjustment time of a screen printing plate is extremely short, and the productivity speed is greatly increased.
