Abstract:
In the present invention, an output terminal is connected, through a pull-up resistor and a backward flow prevention diode, to an end to which power supply voltage is applied. An output transistor is provided between the output terminal and a ground. A capacitor is connected between a gate of the output transistor and the output terminal. A charging and discharging circuit causes the output transistor to be turned on and off by charging and discharging the gate of the output transistor in a first level period and a second level period for a control input signal, to thus generate, in the output terminal, an output signal corresponding to the input signal. A signal generation circuit causes a level change to occur for the control input signal upon a level change in the original input signal. When doing so, the width in which the control input signal has a second level is adjusted in accordance with the power supply voltage.
