The embodiments of the present application apply to the technical field of wireless communication transmission. Provided are a signal adjustment circuit, a signal adjustment method, a signal processing circuit, and a transmitting device. A pre-distorter is provided in the signal adjustment circuit, and the pre-distorter has a nonlinear characteristic inverse to the nonlinear characteristic of a power amplifier. By means of dividing a plurality of signal power intervals and monitoring in real time a signal power interval in which the power amplifier currently operates and the distortion degree of the nonlinear distortion of the power amplifier, corresponding adjustment of the nonlinear characteristic of the pre-distorter is realized. The nonlinear characteristic of the power amplifier is compensated by means of the adjusted nonlinear characteristic of the pre-distorter, such that the signal power of a transmitted signal is in a linear relationship with the signal power of a first signal. In this way, the embodiments of the present application reduce the difficulty of adjusting the nonlinear characteristic of a pre-distorter, and the compensation of the nonlinear characteristic of a power amplifier is faster and more accurate.
