A shoe sole having a cushion function according to the disclosed present invention has a buffer part formed along the outer surface of a sole main body coupled to the lower part of a shoe main body, and has a column part formed at at least one point in the buffer part where the outer part of a foot blade is located, wherein the front and rear of the bottom surface of the sole main body are rounded. According to the present invention, the buffer part is recessed along the outer surface of the sole main body to enable absorption of shock, and the column part is formed at a plurality of points in the buffer part where the outer part of the foot blade is located, making the foot not bend outward due to weight bias while preventing waddling, and also in the process of running, a repulsive force is created along with shock absorption, thus having the effect of making a gait faster while allowing for comfortable walking for a long time due to cushion power. In addition, according to the present invention, the front and rear of the bottom surface of the sole main body are rounded, thus having the effect that, in the process of walking, the rear part of the sole main body gently rubs against the ground when touching the ground, and the foot smoothly goes over when stepping, as the rear part of the sole main body is lifted and the front part of the sole main body touches the ground.
