Abstract:
A method for forming a shoe midsole (50), comprising the following steps: constructing an upper surface model (21) of the shoe midsole (50) according to personalized foot information and human factor information; mounting or forming the upper surface model (21) at the bottom of a working mold (20); and placing the upper surface model (21) in a sole mold (40), and forming the shoe midsole (50) between the upper surface model (21) and the sole mold (40). By means of the forming mode, the shoe midsole (50) can have human factor design such as supporting, gait correction and local pressure relief of an insole, and can produce an improvement effect on feet without providing an insole inside a shoe.
