Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shoe insole and, more particularly, to a shoe insole that is installed inside a shoe to completely block the space between the foot and the shoe and prevents the foot from shaking left to right, thereby improving exercise effectiveness while preventing injuries to the body, including the feet, during exercise, the shoe insole comprising: a body (10) that surrounds the heel and is formed in a 'U' shape such that both ends are positioned in the middle of the foot, is concavely formed to surround the heel and the rear side surfaces, is formed such that the side height thereof decreases toward both ends, and opens outward when observed in planar view; and a cushion material (20) provided inside the body (10).
