Abstract:
Disclosed are a shoe forming process and a shoe. The shoe comprises a shoe upper portion, a reinforcing layer, and an inflatable sole. The inflatable sole comprises an upper portion of the sole, a lower portion of the sole, and an inflating valve; the edges of the upper portion of the sole and the lower portion of the sole are in butt joint to form a cavity, and the inflating valve is communicated with the cavity. The forming process of the shoe comprises the steps: combining an upper mold, a lower mold, and a middle mold to form an upper mold cavity and a lower mold cavity; vacuumizing the upper mold cavity and the lower mold cavity; injecting, into the upper mold cavity and the lower mold cavity, rubber in which a vulcanizing agent is added, and maintaining for more than 20 seconds; opening the upper mold and the lower mold to move the middle mold out; passing the treated inflating valve through the edge of the lower portion of the sole; combining the upper mold and the lower mold, injecting nitrogen at pressure of at least 2 mpa by means of the inflating valve, and maintaining for more than 250 seconds; discharging nitrogen; opening the upper mold and the lower mold, and moving the inflatable sole out and cooling; adhering the reinforcing layer on the upper surface of the inflatable sole; brushing an adhesive on the bottom wall of the shoe upper portion and the upper surface of the reinforcing layer; and pressing the shoe upper portion on the upper surface of the reinforcing layer.
