Abstract:
According to the present invention, a shift device has a knob that is linked to a first gear and a second gear. The knob is urged toward a shift position as a result of the first gear being urged by a first operating magnet and a first fixed magnet and the second gear being urged by a second operating magnet and a second fixed magnet. The present invention thereby reduces the need to provide a structure for urging the knob to the knob itself and makes it possible to configure the knob with greater freedom.
