Abstract:
Provided is a shielding member which has a simple configuration, is easy to attach to a vehicle, is lightweight, and can support an article placed thereon. A shielding member 5 of a cargo compartment provided to a vehicle has a shielding unit which can shield at least a portion of an opening of the cargo compartment from above. The shielding unit includes: a pair of metal reinforcing members 6 that are disposed spaced apart from each other in a first direction D1 and each extend in a second direction D2 orthogonal to the first direction D1; a pair of resin holding members 7 respectively holding the second direction D2 ends of the pair of reinforcing members 6; and a sheet-shaped member 8 covering a space surrounded by the pair of reinforcing members 6 and the pair of holding members 7.
