Abstract:
Disclosed is a shape-property integrated forming device system for plasma wire arc additive manufacturing. The system comprises: a wire-powder combined plasma wire arc module, a temperature collection module, a high-speed photographic monitoring module, a process parameter digitization module (15) and an external gas unit, wherein the temperature collection module measures the temperature of a formed portion during a stacking formation process in real time; the high-speed photographic monitoring module collects morphological image information of a plasma wire arc, a molten drop and the formed portion during the stacking formation process; and the process parameter digitization module (15) acquires measurement information of the temperature collection module and the high-speed photographic monitoring module, and performs negative feedback adjustment on a stacking formation process parameter in real time. Further disclosed is a method for plasma wire arc additive manufacturing. By means of the device system and the method, an arc can be monitored and regulated in real time, and chemical components of a formed member can be precisely controlled, such that the integrated forming of a large-size and complex metal gradient structural member can be realized.
