Abstract:
Provided are a shaft ground bearing protection device and a motor. The shaft ground bearing protection device comprises: a device body (1) of a ring shape, wherein the side wall of the device body (1) is provided with at least one mounting hole (3), the opening direction of the mounting hole (3) is a first direction, and the first direction is toward the center of the device body (1) and radially penetrates through along the device body (1); and a conductive fiber (2) passing through the mounting hole (3) to be provided on the device body (1), the extending direction of the conductive fiber (2) being toward the center of the device body (1), wherein when the conductive fiber (2) passes through the mounting hole (3), the device body (1) is deformed by adjusting the pressing force in a second direction of the mounting hole (3), to realize the pressing of the conductive fiber (2) and the device body (1), and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. Provided is a fixed mounting method for a conductive fiber (2). A new mounting method for a conductive fiber (2) fastens the conductive fiber (2) by means of a metal part, to achieve the purpose of low resistance and high conduction rate, and has the advantages of no bending damage, and also has the advantages of reducing extrusion deformation and achieving automatic installation and manufacturing.
