Abstract:
A sewing piecework-based intelligent production system and method, a medium, and a computer device. The system comprises: a digital pattern room module (11), a sewing device (12), a cloud service module (13), a managed terminal (14), and a manager terminal (15). The cloud service module (13) establishes communicational connections with the digital pattern room module (11), the sewing device (12), the managed terminal (14), and the manager terminal (15), respectively; the digital pattern room module (11) is used to perform garment sample manufacturing after an order is acquired and break down a used process, so as to generate different processes and corresponding sewing requirement information; the sewing device (12) executes a corresponding sewing task according to each process obtained from the broken down process, sends sewing operation parameters of the sewing task in the process to the cloud service module (13) and then saves same to a process library; the cloud service module (13) is used to search the process library for a process matching the sewing operation parameters, match a corresponding operator according to a process requirement feature corresponding to the matched process, and after the matching is completed, send corresponding process information and task information to the managed terminal (14); after receiving the process information and task information, the managed terminal (14) sends to the cloud service module (13) the serial number of a sewing device used; the cloud service module (13) also queries a device library according to the serial number of the sewing device (12) to acquire device information, so as to bind operator information, the device information, and the process information, and sends to the manager terminal (15) information of the sewing device (12) used by the operator at the station and the process information of sewing. The system can automatically recommend an eligible employee according to the uploaded process information, and help a manager with order and production management and yield prediction; a process library and a worker information library can be established, and the manager can determine which process matches a lathe worker, allocate a task to the lathe worker and the like only by means of working ability assessment and without knowing the lathe worker, thereby reducing management levels and increasing a production response speed; and compared with conventional manual piecework, the system has higher piecework accuracy and has a more stable wage settlement basis.
