Abstract:
The design of the sewing machine is only qualified to serve the person who has the basic conditions of good health eye vision. The inventor provided the sewing machine for use by visually impaired people by adding some annexes that help visually impaired people to use the sewing machine in an attempt to integrate the visually impaired group in the applied field for the production and manufacture of ready-made garments. The practical experience was applied to a number of people whose vision ranged from 6/60 to 6/24 in the best eyes using medical glasses or contact lenses and identifying difficulties and finding solutions. These inventions are designed to make the industrial sewing machine usable by visually impaired persons and to facilitate the learning and performance of some of the handicraft skills of the ready-made clothes industry for that category. These inventions are not only suitable for the industrial sewing machine but can also be used to facilitate the work on other types of machines. It also does not hinder the user during his handling. In addition, visually healthy people can use some of the suggested annexes if necessary, and others can be used without embarrassment as the added annexes make it easier to use the machine.

Second claim: According to the first claim - the first annex:

A device to facilitate the process of using a sewing machine with s tch 301 during sewing process and follow the movement of the needle on the cloth for visually impaired people (the magnifying device, which is equipped with a light source), it includes:

• Number (1) in gure (la) represents the holder ( exible arm) hollow, is made with the idea that the yay spring has an isolated electrical wire connected to the electrical source and is equipped with an operating switch that is not connected to the operation of the machine.

Lens components - Connect the electric current to lens:

• Number (3) in annex 1 ( gure lb) represents the number of two clamps installed in the side of the machine to make the holder closer to lens or warn off it (yay).

Third claim: According to the second element of the first annex, the following points are considered:

• The side face of the machine (cover the maintenance of the needle column and the pedal column) can be manufactured with fixed clamps proportional to the (Yay) diameter, taking into account the detailed installation of the cover to facilitate the maintenance of the needle column and the pedal column and avoid lifting the face complete.

• Some parts of the device can be changed if it is easily damaged while retaining the basic parts of the device.

• Appropriate color of the device for the visually impaired is convenient for the eye, taking into consideration the good contrast between the color of the holder, Screws, Jaw keys of connectivity and movement of the device (colors used are white, black, brown, orange, gray, green, blue) And any clear and contrasting colors can be used for a good contrast between the lens and the holder.

The fourth claim: According to the first claim - the second annex:

The parts, definition and use can be defineji in the following steps: • Number (1) in annex (2) - ( gure 2) represents the body of the needle holder, made of exible metal - plastic.

• Number (2) in annex (2)- ( gure 2) represents the oval splint to hold guides.

• Number (3) in annex (2) - ( gure 2) represents a exible wire for needle hold.

The problem of finding the needle hold when it is lost, it can be made of a solid material (for easy magnetization) and at the same time flexible (for easy movement between the guides), taking into account the surface coverage of the layer when the light source sheds light up and easy to find and made of flexible plastic with multiple colors and clear to fit visually impaired, where the needle hold helps on:

• Facilitate the needle holding process.

• Minimize the time and effort of holding the machine.

• Possibility to used even after a part of them have been damaged, and also the colors of needle holding are suitable for visually impaired people, providing comfort to the eye, clarity of colors, and good contrast (between the color of needle holding body and the color of oval slit- flexible wire).

• The facility of passing thread in each of the oval slit, flexible wire for clarity, thus avoiding the need to use more than needle hold.

• The facility of using and does not obstruct the user during the use due to their flexibility.

• Can be available in multiple colors to fit each case not only visually impaired.

This is a device adapted to the nature of Visual impairment in terms of the prominence of some parts, or the use of color variation, or use both together that was done during the practical experience.

The adjuster has been prepared by clarifying the numbers in it, as well as the punctuation marks between the numbers by prominence them as well as coloring them in different and contrasting color with the adjuster's background, as well as using colors to clarify the beginning or end of the punctuation marks and to define the adjuster's outer frame.

The organizer has been done with the addition of prominent pieces to make them essential in the design of adjuster and face the numbers on it in order to the number of pieces represents the corresponding number. If the visually impaired cannot see the numbers despite the difference between the color and the background color of the adjuster, also if it cannot touch the prominent numbers, the added pieces added to the top of the adjuster are more prominent and vary with the color of the adjuster as well as the machine color so that it can be touched and adjusted by facing the prominent and varied indicator that was added to the machine, and the height of the indicator should be suitable to facilitate the touch of the added pieces and adjusted them so that they are facing the indicator to enable correct adjustment of the desired stitch length.

• The adjuster's background is white or black because the white or black color achieves good contrast with all colors, especially when close-up vision.

• Ability to control the table size according to the desired purpose where It is possible to separate and fold base provided with drawers and holders.

• Free movement of the hands during work, where the movement of the flexible arm (Yay) can be controlled according to the need of the user.

• Facility of keeping and finding things especially fine objects. • The flexible arm can be used to move it to see the fine objects even when kept in the drawer if needed.

• Suitable colors for visually impaired people (in terms of contrast between the colors of device parts used to illustrate the device parts and separation between them).

• It is possible to disconnect the lens in case¾f change part of it or completely changed and it is easy (by attracting it through the plug).

• A visually impaired person can easily change damaged parts by himself.

• It is possible to change the lens easily in case of completely damaged or damage part of it .

Installation the holder in a certain way on the machine, keeping in mind that the annex does not impede user movement, thread or cloth, the installation is done only once, and there is no need to install it every time the person uses the machine, and the normal person can use the same machine and move the holder aside from the machine if not needed, while keeping it stationary on the machine.

The installation method as the following,

• One end of holder has femal connector and the electrical wire is passing through the holder, then the electrical wire is passed through the isolated longitudinal duct (pathway) behind the machine. • It passes the electrical wire from the isolated duct behind the machine to the slot on the side of the machine and then connects the wire to the operating panel in the machine, which has a lens switch to control the lens light.

• The holder is installed on the side of the machine and tighten it with clamps to adjust its position on the machine.

• The installation of the male connector in the lens with the female connector in the holder.

NOTE: All parts of the accessory can be disassembled, installed and exchanged, such as bulbs. Light set - the transparent layer in the lens on the part opposite the needle - the lens - the holder - the wire - etc.
