Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of textile production, and in particular to a sewing machine cutting device having a dust collecting function. The sewing machine cutting device comprises an operation table (1); a machine body (2) is provided on the top of the operation table (1); a shearing mechanism for cutting a sewing thread is provided on the right side of the machine body (2); a conveying mechanism is provided between the shearing mechanism and the machine body (2); the conveying mechanism and the shearing mechanism are connected by means of a supporting mechanism; and a dust suction mechanism is provided on the inner side of the conveying mechanism. According to the present invention, by providing the conveying mechanism, a sewn cloth can be transferred using a conveyor belt (3), so that the cloth is prevented from being accumulated on the operation table (1); in addition, the cutting of the sewing thread is completed during a conveying process, thus shortening a processing time and improving production efficiency; and by providing the dust suction mechanism, a dust suction pump (9) sucks dust generated during a sewing thread cutting process by means of a provided dust suction pipe, and collects the dust using filter frames (34) and dust collection boxes (33) inside filter boxes (11), thereby avoiding pollution to the environment during the operation of the device, and providing a comfortable working environment for an operator.
