Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a servo cutter control method and apparatus. The method comprises: increasing an electronic gear between cutter rotating cutter shafts and a material shaft of a gypsum board production line, and establishing a synchronization relationship between the electronic gear and the material shaft; establishing a synchronization relationship between upper and lower cutter rotating cutter shafts, and establishing a synchronization relationship between the cutter rotating cutter shafts and the electronic gear; according to the target shearing length of a gypsum board, determining a speed adjustment mode of the cutter rotating cutter shafts, and setting a CAM curve about the synchronization process of the cutter rotating cutter shafts and the electronic gear; and separately connecting the CAM curve to the cutter rotating cutter shafts and the electronic gear, and according to the CAM curve and the traveling position of the gypsum board production line, adjusting the cutter rotating cutter shafts to perform shearing. According to the present invention, the mechanical loss does not need to be considered, stepless speed regulation can be achieved by means of software, the transmission flexibility is good, a gear ratio can be arbitrarily modified, and the control precision is high.
