Abstract:
A serving robot (10) comprises an acquisition unit (11) that acquires a registered facial image for a customer that has ordered food at a store and presentation destination information that indicates a presentation destination for the food, a travel control unit (12) that controls travel to the presentation destination on the basis of the presentation destination information, a facial image acquisition unit (13) that captures an image of the customer at the presentation destination and acquires a captured facial image, a determination unit (14) that, on the basis of the results of comparing the registered facial image and the captured facial image, determines whether the customer is the customer that ordered the food, and a reception permission unit (15) that allows the customer to receive the food when the determination unit (14) has determined that the customer is the customer that ordered the food.
