Abstract:
The present application is applicable to the technical field of computers, and provides a service processing method and an apparatus. The method comprises: emitting an infrared signal, and acquiring a received signal intensity indicating value of the infrared signal after the infrared signal is reflected off a human body; determining, according to a pre-determined correspondence relationship between received signal intensity indicating values and distance values, a target distance value corresponding to the received signal intensity indicating value of the infrared signal; if the target distance value is less than a pre-determined distance threshold, acquiring a height value of the human body; determining, according to information of multiple microphones, a target microphone matching the height value of the human body, the information of the microphones comprising installation height values and height values of applicable user groups; and receiving audio information acquired by the target microphone, and determining a target service by means of the audio information. Embodiments of the present application achieve audio information acquisition by using the target microphone matching the height of a client on the basis of the installation heights and the height values of applicable user groups, thereby improving the efficiency and convenience of processing a self-service audio information-based service.
