Abstract:
A server liquid-cooling heat dissipation system, control method, control apparatus and control device, and a nonvolatile readable storage medium, relating to the technical field of single-phase liquid cooling. The system comprises: a heat exchanger (20), a vacuum generator (30) and n liquid cooling tank bodies (10), the liquid-cooling heat dissipation mode of at least one liquid cooling tank body (10) being spraying heat dissipation, and the liquid-cooling heat dissipation modes of at least two liquid cooling tank bodies (10) being different. The first liquid cooling tank body (10) comprises a first liquid storage tank (11) used for storing a cooling liquid, the i-th liquid cooling tank body (10) is connected to the (i+1)-th liquid cooling tank body (10) by means of the heat exchanger (20), and the n-th liquid cooling tank body (10) is connected to the first liquid storage tank (11). Providing the vacuum generator (30) achieves negative pressure and cooling liquid circulation in the liquid-cooling heat dissipation system, avoiding the risk of cooling liquid leakage of spraying liquid-cooling heat dissipation systems, and simultaneously eradicating heat dissipation failure risks and potential fire risks caused thereby, thus facilitating large-scale commercial application. In addition, the combination of spraying heat dissipation and other liquid-cooling heat dissipation achieves reasonable stepped heat dissipation.
