Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a series linear motor driving system, comprising: stator groups which are regularly arranged in an operation direction and consist of stator windings, the plurality of stator groups being divided into a plurality of stator sections; a mover fixed on a mobile carrier; and energy conversion units for realizing power supply control of the stator groups. Each stator group is connected in parallel with a switching device, and the stator groups at the same positions in the plurality of stator sections are connected in series with an energy conversion unit; a plurality of energy conversion units are provided, and the number of the energy conversion units is equal to the maximum number of stator groups in the stator sections. The present invention ensures the efficiency and performance of inverter units and motors (stator groups), solves the problems of low efficiency and motor performance reduction caused by series connection of excessive stator groups in a loop, and improves the utilization rate of energy converters.
