Abstract:
The present application provides a pressure sensing fiber, a tension sensing fiber, a temperature sensing fiber, a humidity sensing fiber, a multifunctional fabric, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The multifunctional fabric comprises a sensing fiber. The sensing fiber is selected from one or two or more of the pressure sensing fiber, the tension sensing fiber, the temperature sensing fiber, and the humidity sensing fiber. The present application has the following advantages: in the aspect of fibers, a fiber regulation mechanism is focused to be researched to achieve specific functions of the fibers such as perception, color changing, luminescence, and drug sustained release. In the aspect of textiles, the functional fibers are used as elements, and an organic combination of fiber-based discrete sensing units is realized by means of an optimized arrangement means of multi-warp and multi-weft interleaving. In the aspect of function integration, by means of the construction of a composite material functional fiber and a yarn formation mode thereof, perception signals are independent from each other and do not interfere with each other, and three-dimensional multifunctional sensing is realized by regulating a two-dimensional fiber array weaving technology.
