Abstract:
A semiconductor light emitting element comprises: a light emitting layer having a first area and a second area enclosing the first area; a first electrode on top of the first area; a second electrode on top of the second area; a passivation layer enclosing the light emitting layer; and a metal-oxide layer on the bottom of the light emitting layer. The thickness of the metal-oxide layer may be smaller than that of the passivation layer.
