Abstract:
A conductive nanofibrillated cellulose (NFC) thread and a NFC-thread-based supercapacitor, wherein the conductive NFC thread comprises a core of aligned cellulose nanofibrils and a conductive coating on the core, and the NFC-thread-based supercapacitor comprises a core of two twisted conductive NFC threads and a solid gel packing the twisted conductive NFC threads.
