Abstract:
The present application provides a self-diagnostic gas density relay and a use method thereof. The gas density relay comprises a gas density relay body, a gas density measurement sensor, at least one diagnosis sensor, and an intelligent control unit. The diagnosis sensor is configured to acquire a deformation amount of a component that is deformed during a pressure change, or a temperature change, or a gas density change in the gas density relay body, and/or the position or displacement amount of a component that is displaced. The intelligent control unit is separately connected to the gas density measurement sensor and the diagnosis sensor, to receive data acquired by the gas density measurement sensor and/or the diagnosis sensor, and diagnose the current working state of the gas density relay body. The present application achieves the online self-inspection of the gas density relay while monitoring the gas density of gas-insulated or arc-extinguished electrical equipment, and thus improves the efficiency, requires no maintenance, greatly reduces the operation and maintenance cost, and ensures the safe operation of a power grid.
