Abstract:
A self-adaptive frequency conversion control method for an air supply device of a rail transit vehicle, comprising the following steps: S1, using a power supply to supply power to a controller, and selecting a corresponding mode to complete power supply to a motor; S2, during power supply, monitoring a power level state of the power supply by means of the controller, and selecting a corresponding input power supply; and S3, after the motor is started, controlling, by the controller, according to a pressure signal fed back by a pressure sensor and a start-stop signal, the motor to work in a corresponding working mode. A self-adaptive frequency conversion control system for an air supply device of a rail transit vehicle, used for implementing the self-adaptive frequency conversion control method for an air supply device of a rail transit vehicle. Such configuration can generally adapt to the air use demands of 3-car rail transit vehicles to 8-car rail transit vehicles. For normal traveling conditions of vehicles, the air displacement can be reduced to realize noise reduction and energy conservation and improve the comfort of passengers, and improving the working efficiency of a compressor can effectively prevent the emulsification phenomenon of lubricating oil and ensure the use reliability of the air supply device in the whole life cycle; and for vehicle servicing stages, rapid air use or blast main leakage fault conditions, the air displacement can be increased to improve the usability and safety of the vehicles.
