Abstract:
Provided are a second-generation high-temperature superconducting tape (1) and a preparation method therefor. The second-generation high-temperature superconducting tape (1) comprises a superconducting tape (1) body, and a protective layer (2, 3), which is arranged on at least one side of the superconducting tape (1) body, wherein the protective layer (2, 3) is a copper-graphene composite film, and the total thickness of a single face of the protective layer (2, 3) is 2-30 micrometers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) putting a superconducting tape (1) body into a magnetron sputtering reaction chamber, performing evacuation to a high degree of vacuum, and then filling a working gas; (2) starting sputtering coating by means of controlling magnetron sputtering power and taking copper and graphene as target materials, and depositing the target materials on a surface of the superconducting tape (1) body, so as to obtain a second-generation high-temperature superconducting tape (1) having a copper-graphene structure grown on a surface thereof. A prepared superconducting tape (1), which includes a copper-graphene high-strength and high-conductivity protective layer (2, 3), has a 30%-70% higher tensile strength than that of a traditional copper-electroplated superconducting tape, a conductivity attenuation is less than 10% IACS, and a critical current is not attenuated.
