Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of automation apparatuses, and in particular to a seat belt retractor pre-winding and baffle-mounting apparatus. The seat belt retractor pre-winding and baffle mounting apparatus comprises a rotary worktable, wherein the rotary worktable is provided with a feeding station, a tight winding station, a stop groove positioning station, a baffle-mounting station, an NG discharging station, and a qualified product discharging station. A rotating shaft of a seat belt retractor is mounted on a profiled tool, the rotating direction of the rotating shaft is limited by a ratchet seat, and after the seat belt retractor is wound to the set number of turns by means of a tight winding mechanism, the position of a stop groove is determined by means of a position measurement mechanism, and finally, a baffle is successfully mounted by means of a multi-axis manipulator. According to the present invention, models are also identified by means of a visual sensor, the number of turns of rotation of a servo motor is controlled in a pre-winding step, and whether a torque fed back by the servo motor is in a set range is checked; and multi-specification products can be processed, and the present invention has the advantages of intelligence, high work efficiency and wide applicability.
