Abstract:
A sealing agent comprising: a cationically polymerizable compound (A); a cationic polymerization initiator (B); and a curing retarder (X), wherein a viscosity change ratio represented by V1/V0 is not less than 1.00 but less than 1.75, where V0 represents the viscosity 20 seconds after the start of viscosity measurement under measurement condition 1, and V1 represents the viscosity 60 seconds after completion of UV irradiation in which, after 30 seconds from the start of the measurement, an alkali-free glass plate is irradiated with an ultraviolet light beam having a wavelength of 365 nm and 30 mW/cm2 from a point 15 cm away from the glass plate, in a direction perpendicular to the glass plate for 20 seconds (a total of 600 mJ/cm2).
