Title:
SCREW COMPONENT FORMED OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL CARBON/CARBON COMPOSITE MATERIAL THAT IS OBTAINED BY STACKING ANISOTROPIC NONWOVEN FABRICS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/085080
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a screw component formed of a two-dimensional carbon/carbon composite material, the screw component achieving a high strength by enhancing the contribution of carbon fibers to the strength of the screw component; and a screw component formed of a two-dimensional carbon/carbon composite material, the screw component being prevented from breakage by relaxing the thermal stress generated therein because of a large change in the ambient temperature where the screw component is used, and being capable of reducing loosening of a screw-fastened part. [Solution] The present invention provides a screw component formed of a two-dimensional carbon/carbon composite material which is produced by stacking anisotropic nonwoven fabrics that use short carbon fibers, the screw component having a configuration wherein the central axis direction of the screw component is oriented so as to coincide with the Y direction (the direction in which less short carbon fibers are oriented) of the two-dimensional carbon/carbon composite material that has anisotropy.
