Abstract:
A screening apparatus for a drilling fluid plugging agent gel expansion body, comprising a base (1) and a screening box (3), the screening box (3) being disposed at a top end of the base (1); an opening is formed at a top end of the screening box (3), and screen holes are uniformly formed at a bottom end of the screening box (3); two symmetrically distributed driven rods (7) are rotatably mounted at the top end of the base (1), an obliquely arranged driving plate (8) is fixedly connected to the top end of the driven rods (7), the driving plate (8) is a circular truncated cone shape, and a driving mechanism mating with the driven rods (7) is provided in the base (1); swing rods (9) are fixedly connected to the two sides of the screening box (3), and a limiting mechanism mating with the swing rod (9) is provided at the top end of the base (1). The present apparatus can effectively prevent screen hole blockage at the bottom end of the screening box, and improves screening efficiency for a plugging agent gel expansion body.
