Abstract:
Disclosed are a screen printing plate preparation method and a screen printing plate. The screen printing plate preparation method comprises: fixing a silk screen (11) on an outer screen frame (12) to form a screen frame structure (1); preparing a metal sheet (2) by an electroforming process, wherein a prefabricated pattern hole (21) is formed in the metal sheet (2), and the prefabricated pattern hole (21) covers a target pattern hole (41) area to be formed; bonding an edge of the metal sheet (2) to the silk screen (11), and removing the silk screen (11) on the inner side of a bonding area (3); filling the prefabricated pattern hole (21) of the metal sheet (2) with a specific non-metal material and conducting curing to form a non-metal filling portion (4); and processing, by means of laser cutting, a target pattern hole (41) on the non-metal filling portion (4). According to the screen printing plate preparation method, the cost is low and the efficiency is high, and the prepared screen printing plate is high in terms of precision.
