The subject of the invention is the cleaning device (D), upper cover (10), upper shell (20), rubber (30), micro fibre textile (40), motor (50), bearing (60), shaft (70), drive gear (80), gear roller (90), lower shell (100), dust container (110), lower cover (120), wireless charging coil (130), separator plate (140), battery (150), electronic board (160) and hinge (170).

The cleaning device (D) of the invention is positioned between the upper cover (10) and the lower cover (120) when not in use and when it needs to be charged. At the bottom of the upper cover (10), the upper cover magnet (10.1) is located. The upper cover magnet (10.1) is placed under the said upper cover (10) in order to increase the feeling of placement of the upper cover (10). Said upper cover magnet (10.1) coincides with the lower cover magnet (120.1) and provides easy closing and locking of the upper cover (10) and the lower cover (120). It also prevents the cover from opening on its own.

The upper cover (10) and the lower cover (120) are connected to each other by hinges (170). Inside the hinge (170), there is the hinge shaft (170.1) that ensures the fixation of the said upper cover (10) and the lower cover (120) to one of them. Thanks to the hinge shaft (170.1), the upper cover (10) can be easily opened and closed on the lower cover (120) without being dislodged.

There is a charging inlet (120.2) on the lower cover (120) to enable charging of the cleaning device (D) with a cable. The charging inlet (120.2) can be micro-USB, USB Type-C and lightning. In different embodiments of the invention, there is a battery (150) inside the lower cover (120), and said battery (150) can be used to charge the cleaning device (D). The type and size of the charging inlet (120.2) used in different alternative applications of the invention may vary.

The upper shell (20) is located on the upper part of the cleaning device (D). The upper shell (20) is the part that covers the cleaning device (D) mechanism from above. The upper shell (20) is placed on the lower shell (100). The lower shell (100) is the part that covers the mechanism from below. After the upper shell (20) is placed on the lower shell (100), the upper shell frame (20.2) is positioned on the upper shell (20). After the upper shell frame (20.2) is positioned, the upper shell insert (20.1) is placed. The assembly process of the upper shell (20) is completed by placing the upper shell insert (20.1). The upper shell insert (20.1) is a decorative piece that emits light with the ELP (Electroless Plating) technique.

There is a lower shell magnet (100.1) inside the lower shell (100). The lower shell magnet (100.1) is used to improve the sensation of centering and insertion while the cleaning device (D) is placed inside the cover.

There is a copper socket (100.2) inside the lower shell (100). The copper socket (100.2) provides charge transmission from the cover to the cleaning device (D). The charge transmission is taken from the copper end of the dust container (110) located in the dust container (110) and transmitted to the battery (150). In this way, the battery (150) is charged.

Micro fibre textile (40) is used for the cleaning process in the cleaning device (D) which is the subject of the invention. The micro fibre textile (40) is moved with the help of the motor (50). The energy required for the movement of the said motor (50) is provided by the battery (150). The battery (150) can be charged via the charging inlet (120.2) with a cable or wirelessly with the wireless charging coil (130).

The motor (50) is the part that moves the gear rollers (90). The motor (50) is positioned on the motor slot (100.4) located in the lower shell (100). The gear rollers (90) are placed in the gear roller slot (100.3). The motion energy provided by the motor (50) is transmitted to the drive gear (80). The drive gear (80), on the other hand, transmits the movement it receives from the motor (50) to the gear roller (90). The gear roller (90) rotates the rubber (30). There is micro fibre textile (40) on the rubber (30). Along with the rubber (30), the micro fibre textile (40) also moves. In this way, when the cleaning device (D) is held on the screen to be cleaned, the micro fibre textile (40) moves on the screen and cleans the screen.

The motor (50) is placed between two gear rollers (90). Since the said motor (50) is placed between two gear rollers (90), the height of the product has been significantly reduced. However, it has been achieved to make a more ergonomic and aesthetic device.

The rubber (30) provides both motion transmission between the micro fibre textile (40) and the mechanical structure and absorbs the negative properties of the mechanical structure such as vibration-sound.

A shaft (70) is used inside the gear rollers (90) to provide strength to the gear rollers (90). The shafts (70) are supported by the bearings (60) in the gear roller slot (100.3). The shaft (70) is made of brass material in the proposed embodiment of the invention. In alternative applications of the invention, different alloys, metal and plastic derivatives can also be produced from different materials.

Micro fibre textile (40) is positioned on rubber (30) located on two gear rollers (90). The flat section between the said two gear rollers (90) is called the cleaning surface (40.1). The cleaning surface (40.1) is the part that contacts the screen to be cleaned. Cleaning surface (40.1) ensures ensured that the screen is cleaned without any stains, fingerprints, dust, oil, etc. on the screen surface by trapping the dirt in the micro fibre textile (40). In an alternative application of the invention, plastic capsules covered with micro fibre textile (40) can also be used.

The contaminated micro fibre textile (40) is cleaned by the dust container (110). There is auto cleaning silicone (110.2) on the dust container (110). The auto cleaning silicone (110.2) is the part placed in the cover for the self-cleaning of the cleaning device (D). Micro fibre textile (40) rubs against said auto cleaning silicones (110.2), and the dust on it is poured. Spilled dusts are collected in the dust container (110).

The dust container magnet (110.1) is located on the dust container (110). The dust container magnet (110.1) is used to improve the sensation of centering and placement of the cleaning device (D) while it is placed in the cover. The dust container magnet (10.1) can be easily fixed and removed from the cleaning device (D) thanks to the dust container magnet (10.1). Thanks to its easy removal and installation, the collected dust can be taken to the outside without using any auxiliary tools.

The separator plate (140) is placed at the bottom of the battery (150) and the electronic board (160). Said battery (150) and electronic board (160) are protected from dust by the separator plate (140).
