Abstract:
A scraper device comprising: a swivel shaft (22) that extends parallel to the rotational axis of a columnar body; a first scraper (31A) and a second scraper (31B) that extend in the longitudinal direction of the swivel shaft; a first holding section (33) that has a base end attached to the swivel shaft so as to swivel freely around the swivel shaft and an arm extending from the base end and holding the first scraper; and a second holding section (33) provided separately from the first holding section and having a base end attached to the swivel shaft so as to swivel freely around the swivel shaft and an arm extending from the base end and holding the second scraper.
