Abstract:
A scrap shear capable of rapidly moving in a transverse manner and switching. The scrap shear comprises a first scrap shearing unit (1) and a second scrap shearing unit (2), which are connected by means of a connecting rod (20), and are both slidably connected to a rail (5). The scrap shear further comprises a driving device which drives the first scrap shearing unit (1) and the second scrap shearing unit (2) to slide along the rail (5); two sides of the rail (5) are off-line sites, and the middle of the rail (5) is an on-line site; and during operation of the scrap shear, one of the first scrap shearing unit (1) and the second scrap shearing unit (2) is used at the on-line site, and the other thereof is used at the off-line site for standby. By means of the scrap shear, the shutdown time of a unit can be shortened, and the capacity of the unit is increased; in addition, the loss of the unit caused by being shutdown for a long period of time can be avoided.
