Abstract:
The Present invention relates to safety trespassers barrier system (100) that helps to prevent trespassers into any high security area like airport. More specifically, the present invention relates generally to a systems for stopping a person climbing the boundary wall and entering the area causing security threat. The safety trespassers 5 barrier system (100) that is mounted on top level of the fencing wall comprising of a shaft (02) designed to perform back and forth movement on the rollers (03) using motor drive (15) configured at the one end of said shaft and the said shaft is configured with the two, three of more pair of swaying rods (09) keeping very close proximity with each pair to provide a fluctuating vertical wall structure to prevent 10 entry of any trespassers from above the said fencing wall (101).

Claims:
CLAIMS

I Claim,

1. A safety trespassers barrier system (100) for stopping a person climbing or crossing the boundary wall (101), comprising of:

- Housing (01),

- guide wheel (12),

- Motor (15) configured with gear (13) for providing rotational motion to the guide wheel (12),

-axial moving shaft (02) connected to the guide wheel (12),

- pair of rollers (03) to support an axial movement of shaft (02) using stud (04),

-‘Y’-shaped connector (06) configured on said housing (01) and pivotally connected to the moving shaft (02) using base plates (05),

- swaying rods (09) connected to said connector (06),

-Sensors configured with motor (15) having control unit and transmitter to drive the motor (15) thereby moving the shaft (02) in back-and-forth motion and leading to vertical swinging of rods (09) to prevent the trespassers to cross the wall (101).

2. The safety trespassers barrier system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotation of guide wheel (12) is transferred to a axial moving shaft (02) by a shaft plate (11) and shaft clip (10).

3. The safety trespassers barrier system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ‘Y’ shape connector (06) fixed to the housing (01) using stud (07) at the center of said connector.

4. The safety trespassers barrier system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the slot stud (08) is provided to configure the connector (06) in base plates (05).

5. The safety trespassers barrier system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of bearings (14) are configured with all moving parts includes rollers.

6. The safety trespassers barrier system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rods (09) are selected from circular, flat sheet and sheet having teeth. 7. The safety trespassers barrier system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein a power supply unit is provided for regulated power to the control unit, transmitter, sensors and the motor for their operation.

8. The safety trespassers barrier system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sensors are selected from IR sensor, vibration sensor and light scattering detectors.

9. The safety trespassers barrier system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is provided with an alarm for producing sound and providing indication about the presence of trespassers.

10. The safety trespassers barrier system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control unit selected from wire connected control unit and wireless control unit.

Description:
TITLE OF THE INVENTION:

SAFETY TRESPASSERS BARRIER

FIELD OF INVENTION

[001] The Present invention relates to safety trespassers barrier system (100) that helps to prevent trespassers into any high security area like airport. More specifically, the present invention relates generally to a systems for stopping a person climbing the boundary wall and entering the area causing security threat.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION AND PRIOR ARTS

[002] Increasing the safety and efficiency with which airport operations can be conducted is main goal of airports and airlines. Inefficient safety can have both local and widespread undesirable effects for passengers, airlines, and airports. There have been a few instances of people intruding from the far comers of the airport security wall.

[003] In high security area like airport, ammunition manufacture units etc. there are possibility of person climbing the boundary wall and entering the area causing security threat.

[004] Currently, there are some solutions provided to overcome this problem, like providing barbed wire fencing on top of the wall, increasing height of compound wall, modem monitoring system wherein the personnel are posted in watchtower for constant vigilance and high illumination that will installed to provide high focussed light that face the outer areas of the airport so that intmsion attempt can be detected.

[005] The problem in increasing the height of compound is that, it may cause problem in airplane take-off and landing as well as after certain height (above 10 feets) the vertical stability of concrete wall is very low, means it can be easily fall off or wind/rain can damage it easily. Therefore, an improved systems need to be developed and installed to avoid entry of an illegal trespassers. [006] Therefore a need exists for a system that will have measures to indicate a signal to the security of the illegal trespassers as well as immediate action to stop the entry of illegal trespassers. The present invention provides a safety trespassers barrier that will helps in stopping any trespassers into the high security area.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[007] The summary of present invention is to provide a concept to safeguard the trespassers. More specifically, invention is intended to signal the guards before the trespassers, enter the safe guarded area.

[008] Now-a-days, a security systems are in place in all high security areas for identifying the trespassers. These are usually placed in the office area or inside the premises of security zone. Trespassers are identified only when they come to certain area of security zone where the security equipment are placed as stated above. Where in the trespassers can easily make way stealthily, climbing the boundary wall, causing the security threat. Throughout the world wide, all security equipment to the passenger access area is not fully secure where a person can sneak through easily. Like in San Jose international airport California, only dedicated lane is used to check the passengers, and in Saudi Arabia only biometric check in is used. Everywhere only certain security systems are used like, CCTV, X-ray scanners etc. Detector technology uses millimetre waves, wall units, and X ray portals are used. In airports, border areas only portal X ray is used to identify the trespasser, and vehicle mainly observed in X-ray shielded cabins throughout the world.

[009] But, area like airport compounds, at the borders, ammunition zone, defence camps needs wall/fencing to stop the invaders. As stated, the height of said wall-fencing is limited (10 to 15 Feet).

[0010] The objective of the present invention is to at least largely overcome the problems set out above and also to result in other advantages by proposing a novel security systems for stopping a person climbing the boundary wall and entering the area causing security threat. [0011] Therefore, the present invention discloses the working of an auto, safe guard assembly/system. This method includes mounting the system on the side of the existing wall (10 to 15 fts) of the guarded area. The said system takes up the signal (IR/noise signal) of the person entering and forwards it to the control device in turn to the guard monitoring the safety area.

[0012] More preferably, the said system comprising of ‘V’ or ‘L’ shaped rods/blades that moves like pendulum on sensing any movement reciprocating and with 90 degree sideways motion or more. The six Y connectors sway on either side, as soon as they received the signal from the sensor device. The fast swinging of said rods back and forth from the base creating a shield and thereby preventing a person to cross that area as speed of swaying is very high. Thus, barring the intruder from entering the safeguard area.

[0013] Further, the person on guard also receives the signal, to monitor further, for the identification of the intruder.

[0014] Therefore, the present invention provides a novel system provides an automatic fence guarding machine and bars the intruder from entering the restricted area at its out skirts itself Where in the trespassers can easily make way stealthily, and giving the signal to the guard in advance. Rather than identifying the person, when he has already entered the guarded area.

[0015] Accordingly, the present invention provides a novel safety trespassers barrier system (100) for stopping a person climbing or crossing the boundary wall (101), comprising of:

- Housing (01),

- guide wheel (12),

- Motor (15) configured with gear (13) for providing rotational motion to the guide wheel (12),

-axial moving shaft (02) connected to the guide wheel (12), - pair of rollers (03) to support an axial movement of shaft (02) using stud (04),

-‘Y’-shaped connector (06) configured on said housing (01) and pivotally connected to the moving shaft (02) using base plates (05),

- swaying rods (09) connected to said connector (06), the rods (09) are selected from circular, flat sheet and sheet having teeth or any other suitable shapes.

-Sensors configured with motor (15) having control unit and transmitter to drive the motor (15) thereby moving the shaft (02) in back-and-forth motion and leading to vertical swinging of rods (09) to prevent the trespassers to cross the wall (101).

[0016] Wherein, the rotation of guide wheel (12) is transferred to a axial moving shaft (02) by a shaft plate (11) and shaft clip (10).

[0017] In accordance to present invention, the ‘Y’ shape connector (06) fixed to the housing (01) using stud (07) at the center of said connector and the slot stud (08) is provided to configure the connector (06) in base plates (05).

[0019] In non-limiting examples, a power supply unit is provided for regulated power to the control unit, transmitter, sensors and the motor for their operation and the sensors are selected from IR sensor, vibration sensor and light scattering detectors. The system is also provided with an alarm for producing sound and providing indication about the presence of trespassers.

[0020] The said safety trespassers barrier system so invented is simple, accurate and economical, further can be placed easily in the restricted and ammunition area’s existing concrete walls.

[0035] Referring now to figure 1 and 2, a perspective drawing of safety trespassers barrier system (100) mounted on top level of the fencing wall (101) in accordance with the present invention is illustrated. In present embodiment, the system (100) includes a shaft (02) designed to perform back and forth movement (Axial movement) on the rollers (03) using motor drive (15) configured at the one end of said shaft and the said shaft is configured with the two, three of more pair of swaying rods (09) keeping very close proximity with each pair to provide a fluctuating vertical wall structure to prevent entry of any trespassers from above the said fencing wall (101). The rest and unrest motion of the motor (15) is controlled by controller and connected sensors located on opposite side of the wall where the trespassers are taking his final move to invade into the premises. The operating unit (like controller/sensors) includes a wireless control unit or with wire for operating the device (100) from remote location. The wireless control unit further includes a receiver for receiving command from a transmitter to drive the motor (15) thereby operating the system (100) on immediate effect. In one embodiment of the invention, the transmitter can be a remote control where the user can press the switches on the remote control and thereby transmits the signal to the receiver installed in the device for motor (15) to start running.

[0036] Referring to figure no. 3, the most of the operational units of the system (100) are enclosed in the housing (01). In the present embodiment, the housing (1) is a cuboidal metallic box and open from the top side for free movement of rods (09). The housing (01) is fixed to the wall by known techniques like drilling screws or in-situ fixing in concrete formation. The coupler rod (not shown) which is cylindrical is provided for coupling the roller shaft of the motor (15) to the gear box (13) that is further rotating the guide wheel (12).

[0037] Referring to figure no. 4 and 5(a) and 5(b), the coupler rod transmits the rotational motion from the DC/AC motor (15) to the gear system (13) thereby rolling of guide wheel (12) at predetermined speed. The guide wheel (12) is attached with a axial moving shaft (02) using shaft clip (10) and shaft plate (11), wherein the guide wheel (12) is provided with attachment position for shaft plate (11) near the rim (refer figure 5). Therefore, shaft (02) can be rolled forward and backward by rotating the guide wheel (12).

[0038] Further, referring again to figure no. 2 and 3, an embodiment of present invention, the safety trespassers barrier system (100) comprising of housing (01), a shaft (02), a pair of roller (03) having bearing (14), a studs (04) to fix the roller to the housing (01) wherein a pair of rollers (03) helps to support the shaft (02) and for smooth back and forth movement of said shaft.

Further, referring to figure no. 6, the main parts of system parts includes (a)-base plate (05), (b)- ‘Y’ shape connector (06), (c)- shaft plate (11), (d)-shaft clip (10), (e)- guide wheel (12).

Referring to figure no. 4 and 6, that includes the extended portion of shaft (02) is provided with plurality of welded base plates (05) having ‘U’ shape to configured a swaying rods (09). Further, the operational units for performing a swaying motion of said rods (09) includes ‘Y’ shape connector (06) fixed to the housing (01) using stud (07) at the center of said connector and pivotally to the shaft (02) using base plates (05) having ‘U’ shape for easy left and right swaying motion. Further, the slot stud (08) is provided to configure the connector (06) in base plates (05).

Therefore, the invention relates to safety trespassers barrier system (100) for attaching on the fencing wall (101) of a high security area. The present invention provides an automatic start and stop swaying motion of rods (09) if any trespasser arrive at the unsafe distance in the opposite or either side of the said wall compound. The said automatic swaying of rods (09) enables an end user/security to raise the height of compound wall and prevent persons from crossing said wall as the speed of swaying rods may be achieved of about 100 to 200 swipes/minute and therefore, solves the problem of security issues for unmanned areas like comers of building, very far locations at the runways at the airport or defence properties.

[0039] In one of the implementations, the present invention discloses a method for operation of said system. The method includes installation of sensors on the both the side of wall, providing a connection with sensors with the system (100) as per present invention. Once the sensor receives a signal about presence of trespassers nearby, the motor starts running at the predetermined rate and it will start rolling the shaft on the roller forth and back at the corresponding speed. That will lead to swinging movement of vertical rods arranged at closed proximity and thereby preventing or stopping the person to jump across the wall.

[0040] The present invention has the advantage of an automated and quick response security applications, with easy and light weight mounting assembly compared to the existing assembly.
