Disclosed in the present invention is a rust removal device for rails on an intelligent railway, the rust removal device comprising a main body mechanism, a rust removal mechanism and a cleaning mechanism, wherein the rust removal mechanism is mounted on the main body mechanism and is used for removing rust on rails, and the cleaning mechanism is mounted on the main body mechanism and is used for cleaning the removed rust. By using the rust removal mechanism, the effect of removing rust from the rails can be achieved, and a rust removal operation can be conducted on both sides of the rails at the same time, so that the rust removal area of the rails covered by workers is increased, thereby saving on the time consumed in the removal of rust on rails by the workers, improving the efficiency of removing rust from rails, and prolonging the service life of the rails; and by using the cleaning mechanism, the removed rust and other chippings can be cleaned, so that cleaning operations carried out by the workers after the rust removal operation are reduced, thereby reducing the working hours of the workers and improving the efficiency of rust removal of rails by same.
