Abstract:
A rubber friction testing apparatus, relating to the technical field of rubber friction testing devices. Before testing, a rubber wheel testing mechanism (21) consisting of a rubber wheel (211), a six-component force sensor (212), an angle adjustment device (213), a pressurizing device (214), and a driving motor (215), and a medium control unit are loaded above a friction disc (8); the medium control unit comprises a spraying head (19) and a water tank (18); the spraying head (19) is provided with a switch, and has a nozzle aligned with the upper surface of the friction disc (8); different amounts of water are sprayed to simulate tire friction processes in different water film thickness conditions. During testing, a motor is started, the spraying head (19) sprays water to the surface of the friction disc (8) while the friction disc (8) is driven by the motor to rotate, to form a water film having a set thickness, and the six-component force sensor (212) measures the friction of the rubber wheel under current load and angle parameters. The friction disc (8) having an annular structure reduces the dead load, a slip ring (6) ensures the stability of the test process, the friction disc (8) and a coupling (7) are connected by means of a plurality of circular tubes, maintenance is facilitated, and the test result is accurate.
