Abstract:
A rotary table type rotary and vertical paper-spreading apparatus, comprising a rotary table (1), a moving frame (2), a paper spreading structure foundation (3), a paper-feeding and rolling assembly (4), a paper-supporting assembly (5), a paper-pressing mechanism (6), a paper-cutting mechanism (7), a suction and turnover mechanism (8), an electrostatic elimination device (9) and a paper-spreading mechanism (10), wherein the moving frame (2) is fixed to the rotary table (1); the paper spreading structure foundation (3) is fixed to the moving frame (2); and the paper-feeding and rolling mechanism (4), the paper-supporting assembly (5), the paper-pressing mechanism (6), the paper-cutting mechanism (7), the suction and turnover mechanism (8), the electrostatic elimination device (9) and the paper-spreading mechanism (10) are fixed to the paper spreading structure foundation (3). By means of the cooperation of the above assemblies, glass paper-spreading production lines can be automatically operated; and compared with a conventional paper-spreading apparatus, a glass paper-spreading station can be arranged in the production lines in different directions. The entire process is safe and stable, and can be connected to glass production lines in different directions, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the glass paper-spreading station.
