Abstract:
In order to suppress scattering of particles in a rotary processing device of the present invention that processes a processing target inside a drum, the rotary processing device comprises: a drum, one side of which is equipped with a charging unit for a processing target and another side of which is equipped with a discharging unit for the processing target; a processing member that is connected to a rotation axis member, that rotates around the rotation axis of the rotation axis member, and that processes the processing target in the drum; and a suppression unit that suppresses gas flow in the drum from the other side to the one side.
