Abstract:
A rotary hammer (10), comprising a moving assembly (100), an impact assembly (200), and a rotating assembly (300). The moving assembly (100) comprises a cylinder body (110), a moving unit (120), and a first power source (130). The impact assembly (200) comprises an impact hammer (210). The rotating assembly (300) comprises a rotating sleeve (310) and a second power source (320). The impact hammer (210) passes through the cylinder body (110), a sealed impact cavity (111) is formed, and the first power source (130) drives, by means of the moving unit (120), the cylinder body (110) to move reciprocatingly, so as to compress the air in the impact cavity (111), so that a reciprocating impact motion of the impact hammer (210) is achieved. The second power source (320) drives the rotating sleeve (310) to drive a drill bit to rotate relative to the cylinder body (110), the impact assembly (200) is disposed in the rotating sleeve (310), and an impact effect on the drill bit is implemented by using the impact hammer (210). On the one hand, the cylinder body (110) and the impact hammer (210) of the rotary hammer (10) do not need to rotate synchronously, so as to achieve the separation of impact driving and rotation driving, thereby ensuring the stability of driving an impact motion and a rotational motion; on the other hand, the first power source (130) and the second power source (320) respectively drive the drill bit to implement an impact motion and rotation, thereby facilitating the adjustment of a hammer-to-drill ratio of the rotary hammer (10), thus improving the use effect of the rotary hammer (10).
