Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of Roots vacuum pump rotor machining, and in particular to a Roots vacuum pump rotor machining equipment and process. The Roots vacuum pump rotor machining equipment comprises a mounting support set, a drilling set, and a positioning probe set; the mounting support set is used for loading a rotor to be drilled, and a rotating shaft is rotatably mounted on the mounting support set; the drilling set is mounted beside the mounting support set, and is used for drilling a mark point on a rotor block; the positioning probe set is mounted between the rotor and the drilling set; the positioning probe set swings along with the rotation of the rotor to position the mark point to be drilled on the rotor, so that the drilling set drills the rotor block in the radial direction of the rotor block, thereby better adapting to the rotating state of the rotor during a dynamic balance rotation test for the rotor, reducing the number of drillings, and improving the stability of the rotor.
