Abstract:
A rolling ring shrink-fitting tool for a rotary apparatus, comprising a hoisting frame. A movable groove is formed in the bottom surface of the top portion of the hoisting frame; a hoisting base is slidably mounted in the movable groove; a first motor is fixed in the hoisting base in an embedded mode; a main gear is connected to an output end of the first motor; guide rollers are mounted in the hoisting base in an embedded mode by means of bearings; a shrink-fitting plate consists of two semicircular ring structures; lifting lugs are welded to the outside of the shrink-fitting plate; a gear ring is arranged outside the shrink-fitting plate; limiting rods are fixed on the inner wall of the gear ring; support screw rods are mounted at recessed positions of the inner wall of the shrink-fitting plate in an embedded mode by means of bearings; support bases are threadedly sleeved on the inner ends of the support screw rods; support plates are fixedly mounted at the inner ends of the support bases; a rolling ring body is fastened to the inner ends of the support plates; a second motor is fixed on the front end face of the top portion of the hoisting frame; pushing screw rods are connected to an output end of the second motor; and pushing bases are threadedly sleeved on the front ends of the pushing screw rods. According to the rolling ring shrink-fitting tool for the rotary apparatus, automatic positioning and pushing are facilitated without manual adjustment and pushing, and meanwhile, the rolling ring shrink-fitting tool is suitable for mounting of rolling rings of different specifications.
