Abstract:
The present invention relates to a roasting device and a roasting device control method and, more specifically, to a roasting device and a roasting device control method, wherein a target object is roasted while being stirred in a roasting chamber. A roasting device according to the present invention is a roasting device for heating a target object, the roasting device comprising: a roasting chamber portion comprising a cylindrical roasting chamber formed to extend in the upward/downward direction such that a target object is stirred therein, and a rotatable stirring portion rotated to stir the target object contained in the roasting chamber, the rotatable stirring portion being rotated around a stirring axis formed in a perpendicular direction; a casing unit surrounding the roasting chamber portion; a heat source portion comprising a first heat source for providing radiant heat to the roasting chamber portion; and a radiant temperature measuring unit for measuring the temperature of the roasting chamber or the target object on the basis of infrared rays emitted from the surface of the target object or the inner surface of the roasting chamber heated by the heat source portion, and for measuring a chamber outside space temperature of a chamber outside space between the casing unit and the roasting chamber portion. A preheating operation is performed until a chamber inside temperature of the roasting chamber and the chamber outside space temperature reach a reference chamber inside temperature and a reference chamber outside space temperature configured in advance, respectively.
