Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a riveting carrier, comprising a base frame, a first positioning portion, first elastic portions, second positioning portions, second elastic portions and pressure sensors, wherein the first elastic portions are configured to enable the first positioning portion to have the function of automatically rising to reset; the second elastic portions are configured to enable the second positioning portions to have the function of automatically rising to reset; the first positioning portion moves downwards by means of a riveting machine applying pressure to the first positioning portion, so that a first tool drives a first workpiece to move downwards and approach a second workpiece; the first workpiece applies a downward acting force to the second workpiece, so that the first workpiece and the second workpiece are riveted into a whole; the acting force borne by the first workpiece and the second workpiece is smaller than the maximum elastic force of the second elastic portions; and the pressure sensors measure in real time pressure borne by the second positioning portions, so that a worker adjusts an output force of the riveting machine, so as to prevent the first workpiece or the second workpiece from being damaged due to an excessively large riveting force.
